What is Mossap?
Mossap is repricing software for Amazon sellers: it automatically updates the prices of your offers based on your competitors', 24 hours a day, without ever leaving the minimum and maximum prices you set. The goal is to win the Buy Box and sell more without underselling.
What is a repricer and why do Amazon sellers need one?
On Amazon many sellers offer the same product, and most sales go through the Buy Box offer, which depends heavily on price. Competitors change prices constantly: a repricer tracks them for you and adjusts your price, something impossible to do by hand across hundreds or thousands of products.
Which Amazon marketplaces does Mossap support?
Ten European marketplaces: Italy, Germany, France, Spain, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Sweden and Ireland. All of them are included in every plan at no extra cost.
Does it work with FBA and merchant-fulfilled offers?
Yes, Mossap handles both FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon) and merchant-fulfilled (MFN) offers. You can also prevent a merchant-fulfilled offer from going below the price of the same FBA offer.
How do I avoid selling below cost?
Every product has a minimum and a maximum price, set manually or calculated with formulas based on product cost, shipping cost, percentages or fixed values. Mossap never goes below the minimum, and you decide what to do when the best competitor is below your minimum or when there are no competitors.
Can I compete with Amazon itself?
Yes. In your strategy you choose whether to compete with Amazon and by what price margin (beat-by Amazon). You can also consider only competitors with a minimum rating and the same item condition as yours.
Does Mossap handle Amazon Business (B2B) prices too?
Yes. The Amazon Business channel is activated per country as a separate channel, currently on Amazon Italy, Germany, France, Spain and the United Kingdom, and Mossap updates only the business price. The minimum and maximum of business products can be calculated from the consumer price of the same product, and the quantity discounts set on Amazon are never changed. Business listings count towards your plan like consumer ones.
Does Mossap raise prices or only lower them?
It raises them too. Repricing climbs back when the competition allows it and, with the upward price probe, when a product keeps the Buy Box well below competitors Mossap tries higher prices in small steps, staying below the closest offer and below your maximum. If the Buy Box is lost, it immediately returns to the last winning price.
Do I have to give Mossap my Amazon password?
No. Mossap connects through the official authorization you grant from your Seller Central (Amazon Selling Partner API): it never receives your credentials, and you can revoke access at any time from Seller Central.
How much does Mossap cost?
There are three plans: Starter up to 2,500 listings, € 49.00 per month with an annual subscription or € 54.90 monthly; Advanced up to 5,000 listings, € 75.00 or € 84.90; Enterprise up to 12,500 listings, € 135.00 or € 154.90. Every plan includes all features and all marketplaces; only the number of managed listings changes. Prices exclude VAT.
